Francisco Hervé
Director, screenwriter, and producer. As a director, he has made documentaries such as The Power of the Word, which premiered at IDFA and won awards at FIDOCS. Through Panchito Films, he also produces projects by other directors. He is a founding partner of JUNTOS, where they develop successful feature films such as Bitter Gold, awarded at the Warsaw Film Festival.
Moisés Sepulveda
Director, screenwriter, producer, academic, and founder of JUNTOS. He has directed two feature films, Las Analfabetas and Gran Avenida, both of which have had successful runs in national and international festivals. From the production side, he develops successful documentary and fiction projects. He is currently working on his new project as director, Que Se Acabe Todo.
Felipe Egaña
Producer, director, and partner at JUNTOS. A graduate in Film and Television Production from the University of Chile, he began his career directing widely recognized short films. He works as an assistant director and producer, having developed successful projects such as Bitter Gold, which has had a long national and international trajectory.

Karla Falcón
Executive Producer and graduate in Film and Television Production from the University of Chile. She holds a postgraduate degree in Film and TV Production from the New York Film Academy and has over 10 years of experience in the design, development, and management of successful film and television projects.
Daniel Castell
Creative executive and content developer with extensive experience in creating series for platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV+. He has led writers’ rooms, driven non-fiction projects, and developed original series across various formats. He is the founder of Bandada, a creative development label focused on film and television, which maintains a creative alliance with JUNTOS, where he currently serves as Head of Scripted Series. His work is defined by collaboration, research ethics, and a constant pursuit of new storytelling forms.
Malu Furche
Writer and screenwriter. She holds a degree in Audiovisual Direction and a Bachelor’s in Aesthetics from the Pontifical Catholic University, and a Master’s in Creative Writing from NYU. She teaches screenwriting at the University of Chile and the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has worked as a screenwriter on notable projects such as Robar a Rodin, Bitter Gold, and the children’s series Zander.
Felipe Viedma
Graphic designer, specialized in AI applied to design. He is co-founder of the design studio Estudio Propio and has developed graphic and visual identities for audiovisual projects, collaborating with various content platforms and national production companies. He is responsible for and coordinates the Visual Conceptualization of Projects at JUNTOS.
Nicole Gallardo
Business Administration Engineer, with a specialization in Finance. She has extensive experience in administration, including management of financing, payments, treasury, account analysis, handling financial obligations, financial expense control, and report management and improvement. She works as Administration Assistant at JUNTOS.
Génesis Ghilardi
Producer and audiovisual filmmaker. She graduated in Audiovisual Communication and has experience in production assistance, directing, and screenwriting on various film projects and international advertising services. She is co-founder of Abanico Visual and works as Production Assistant at JUNTOS.
Catalina Córdova
Journalist, graduated in Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University. She has worked as a content creator and communications manager for social media, focusing on developing innovative strategies for the digital presence of artists and cultural organizations. She is the Communications and Social Media Manager at JUNTOS.

Catalina Calcagni
Screenwriter, script consultant, and educator. She graduated in Directing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and holds a Master’s in Narrative Writing from UAH. She has an extensive career as a screenwriter in film and television, notably serving as Head Writer on various projects ranging from feature films and telenovelas to Corderos, her successful fiction podcast series. She is a screenwriter on the Development Team at JUNTOS.
Javier Manríquez
Filmmaker, comedian, writer, and communicator. He graduated in Audiovisual Direction from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has experience as a writer and director in political narratives, audiovisual campaigns, stand-up, film, and television. He is the author of the young adult novel Brother, published in 2018, and currently collaborates as a screenwriter at JUNTOS on various fiction projects.
Agustín Troncoso
Actor, director, screenwriter, and producer. His first film as co-director, Los Dueños, received the Special Jury Mention at the Cannes Critics’ Week. His second film, El Motoarrebatador, was presented at the Directors’ Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival and won the Horizons Award at the San Sebastián Film Festival. He is part of the writing team for Immersion and the recently released Bitter Gold.
Simón Tapia
Audiovisual filmmaker. He has over six years of experience in advertising and fiction, working as a filmmaker for production companies such as Brutal (Chile) and the agency Roll Out (Bolivia). He has participated in various independent productions, taking on roles such as directing, camera work, editing, and color grading.
